NEW BIRTH

We  rejoice  with  the  angels in heaven over the baptism of Yong Siew Ching last  Friday  after the care group meeting. She is studying Chemical Engineering at the UTAR. Our new sister’s first contact with us was through the English class in the middle of last year. Let us get to know her better.

 BIBLE CLASSES

This  morning   brother   Siow  Hwee  continues to share with us about “Living Together - In The Church” in a combined class of the adults and youth.  In the children’s class, they learn about the parable of the talents.

 CHINESE SERVICE

We   shall  learn  about “The Truth Of God” in the Chinese service this evening at 5.00 pm. Last week, we had 16 people in attendance and we thank God for their continued support in this area of His work.

 LST ORIENTATION

After the Chinese service,  there will be an orientation for the LST session that will  begin  tomorrow till 10 July.  Everybody  is encouraged to attend and get acquainted  with  the  students from KTAR and UTAR.  Light  refreshments will be served.

 STUDENT CELL GROUP

The student cell group continues to meet in the usual venue this Wednesday at 7.30 pm. 16 people attended last week’s meeting and thank them for their faithfulness.   This   Wednesday,   they  will  study  about  “Jesus,  The  Way  To Forgiveness.”

 FAMILY CARE GROUP

We thank brother Siow Hwee for encouraging the brethren who attended the family  care group  at the Gan’s residence last Friday evening. Appreciation to all  who attended this monthly fellowship.

BAKING SESSION

There will be a gathering for all those interested in a baking session in the church building this Saturday, 27 June from 4.00 to 6.45 pm.  Everyone is welcome to this occasion. 

BIBLE QUIZ

The  children  will  have  a  Bible  quiz next Sunday afternoon from 2.00 to 3.00 pm. They will be tested for their understanding of the parables taught in the month of June. Dino Roldan - thank God for his recovery from food poisoning and for his preparation to go back to the Philippines at the end of the month.
