BIBLE CLASSES

The teacher for the adults class is brother Victor Chong. He concludes the series of lessons from the epistles of Peter from the third chapter of 2 Peter call “God Is In Control.” Next week, we shall start on a 12-lesson series in Ten Commandments.

GUESTS

We are happy to have many guests in our midst last week. They were CK Tan (Wangsa Melawati, KL), Valerie Ho (Moulmein) and Irene Cheang (PP). Also from PP were  Lim Soo Lang, Eileen Lim, Molly Chew, Lim Li Mei, Tan Keng Geok, Sharon Goh and Peggy Phua.  Please do visit us the next time when you all are in our town.

COUNTDOWN

All are welcome to the countdown 2012 at the Chong’s residence this Saturday from 7.00 pm onwards. Please do use this opportunity to invite the KTAR and UTAR students to this fellowship and get to know them better.

MEETINGS

The monthly leaders’ meeting will be held next week after the lunch fellowship. Do keep that afternoon free to discuss matters of the Lord‘s work.

The ladies will meet at the same time to have a Bible class. They will start a new series of lessons from “Women Of Faith” with a study of “Living a Life of Balance.”

PRAYER REQUESTS

Prayer cards are distributed before the service to all who are interested to  request for petitions and thanksgivings has been ongoing for several months. Please pass your request slips to brother Victor at the end of the service today.

For next month, brother Chris Chin will be the coordinator.

JANUARY BABIES

Our January babies are Eileen Shee (02), Matthew Chin (03) and CB Gan (09). Do give them a call or give a text message on their special day.

FLORAL DISPLAY

There are still slots available for brethren to donate or sponsor flowers for the Lord’s Table from February onwards.

We want to praise the Lord for blessing our dear sister Elizabeth Chin seven A’s for the recent PMR examinations.
