SERMON

This morning,  we  shall  have brother Dino Roldan sharing with us    a    sermon    entitled    “Giving  Our  Best  To  The  Master”   taken   from the gospel of John 12:1-8.

Most  of  us  serve Jesus one way or another.  Some may think that we are already giving so much, but are we really?

Today,  we  shall  see  how  a  woman  served  Jesus  and  see  how  we measure up to that.

BIBLE CLASS

We  shall  study  about  the  Fruit  Of The Spirit in our Bible classes this morning. 

STUDENT CELL GROUP

This   Wednesday,   the   student  cell  group  will  meet  in  the  church building  along  with  the  youths  from Pasir Panjang congregation.  It will be the last cell group meeting for the year. 

THURSDAY ACTIVITIES

In  preparation  for  2009  LST programmes, we will be distributing the brochures  in  the  KTAR  and  UTAR vicinity to recruit the students this Thursday. 

FRIDAY BIBLE CLASS

We will have a career talk by brother Winston Chong from the PP congregation this Friday in the church building. He will be talking about Financial Life Skills for Eternal Success. The career talk marks the end of our Friday Bible class for this year. Classes will resume in 2009.        

SATURDAY PROGRAMMES                        

On Saturday morning we shall have a vacation Bible school session followed by a singspiration in the evening.

IJN VISIT

Next Sunday, at three in the afternoon there will be a visitation to the Institut Jantung Negara to bring some joy to the patients there. 

FAMILY  CAMP

The moment we are waiting is just next Monday, We leave for Fraser’s Hill with the PP brethren on 22nd December. Fraser’s Hill is our venue for this year’s family camp with brother Tom Goracke as our speaker. The theme is “Bonding With Christ”.  We return to Wangsa Maju on 24th December.Kindly pay the camp fees to  brother  Victor if you have not done so.

Ronald Elambre  – our new brother in his faith and his treatment for his leukemia in the Philippines 

Ronaldo Begonia -  as he returned to Philippines to be with his family during his annual vacation. 

Frank and Mary Downes (Parents of Sharon Lee) - their health and physical well being. 

Chong, Tek Liong (father of Victor Chong) - continued improved general health. 

Dino Roldan Sr. (Dino Roldan’s father) - steady recovery from his stroke.
