SERMON

This morning brother Dino will be sharing “God’s Works In Evangelism,” the second sermon in a series on evangelism. Be reminded that this is a work that we do not do alone (I Corinthians 3:5-9). God through providence creates opportunities for evangelism, and it encourages us to know that we are not alone in efforts to lead the lost to Christ. God is always with us giving a helping hand.

SYMPATHY

Our sympathy goes out to Victor & Pearly Chong and their children. Victor’s mother, Mdm. Lim Sor Har, passed away and her funeral is today at 10am. The burial will be in Nilai Memorial Park.

HOMECOMING

We had 22 people present for the homecoming last Wednesday. It was a good ‘mixture’ of some of the core group and some from the recent LST session. We would like to offer our appreciation to all who shared in the event, prepared food and organized the games for the evening. It was an evening to remember!

COMMITTEE MEETING

This month’s meeting will be on 24th October at 8.00pm in the church premises for all committee members.

NIGHT OUT

On Saturday 27th October, the ladies will have an evening out. We will leave the church building at 6.30pm and then carpool to the Mexican restaurant in Ampang.
