SERMON   

We are privileged to hear from our guest speaker for the month, brother Leow Yew Chong from the Klang church of Christ. His message from the Word is aptly titled “Moving Forward” with Phil 3:12-14 as the main text.

Brother Yew Chong is one of the deacons involving outreach work. Having been baptized in 1978, he is married to the former Lim Lee Hua and is blessed with three beautiful angels.

Let us give him our attention to his exhortation.

BIBLE CLASS

The Bible class teacher for this morning is brother KC Cheang. He teaches about Honoring God’s Name in a 12-lesson series of The Ten Commandments. Next week, the scheduled teacher will be brother Victor Chong.  His topic is Do Not Murder.

Brother Gan teaches the beginners’ class while  the teacher of the junior Bible class is our sister, Jun Ning.

VISITING US

Visiting us last week were Shirley Leong, Freddie Lai, Daniel Ding, CK Tan and his son, Shaun.

Do visit us whenever you are in our neighbourhood.

AGM

In compliance with the ROS rules and regulations, the annual general meeting (AGM) will be held next Sunday after lunch. All are kindly requested to be present.

HOMECOMING

We thank all who came for the homecoming last Thursday to foster better ties with the LST readers from KTAR. Brother Chee Hoe gave a good devotion called ‘’Blessings’ followed by some fellowship in games. Appreciation to all who brought food.

CELL AND CARE GROUP

The cell and care group starts a new season this coming Thursday at 7.30 pm. Both the groups will conducted in the church premises

PPCOC 2012 FAMILY CAMP

The PP congregation invites interested brethren to attend their annual family camp from 13 to 16 June at the Renaissance Hotel in Melaka. Camp fees at a discounted fee of S$190 (RM 458) are to be paid to brother KC Cheang before 18 March which is the closing date for registration.
