WELCOME

SERMON
Today’s lesson is based on GOD’S PLAN FOR GROWTH (Eph 4:7-16). This is a continuation from Bro. Dino’s sermon on January 27th. Plan for growth are to be found in the Bible. God depends on his people by using their own talents to build up the church.
MISSION TRIP
Youth who are interested in making your school holidays from 9th to 16th March worthwhile are invited to join a Cambodian Youth Mission trip and share the gospel with the underprivileged there. Steven Shee is the coordinator of this project. Do contact him for more information.
BIBLE STUDY
The Pasir Panjang church of Christ has invited interested individuals to study the book of Revelation under the Sunset International Bible Institute (SIBI) from 17th March. This is a one-month course. Please contact Steven Shee for more details.
FLORAL DISPLAY
There is a monthly chart for floral displays tacked on the notice board at the rear of the auditorium. Ladies are requested to sign this if you wish to contribute flowers for the Lord’s Supper table on Sundays.
LIFE GROUP
The Life group will meet in Chris and Lai Hing’s home this Friday 15th February at 8.00pm. All are invited to attend this fellowship to get to know one another better.
UPCOMING EVENT
The presence of all members of Wangsa Maju Church of Christ are requested to stay after worship service to attend the first annual general meeting on 24th February.
THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS
Wong, Jia Ern (baby at IJN) is still in the intensive care unit (ICU). Pray that she is less dependent on the machine that gives oxygen to her.
Tan, K. Von (baby in IJN) is still in ICU. She is currently on an oxygen machine to help her with her breathing. Pray for God’s healing and for her lung strength to increase so that the need for machines will not be necessary.
Patricia Leanny (baby in IJN) has recently undergone a heart operation. The visitation team is still waiting for a status update from the family. Please keep this child and her loved ones in your daily prayers.
Chan, Kam Woon (father of Lai Hing) fell down and injured his back. Pray for his quick and complete recovery.
T. Eusebio (Cheryl Roldan’s father). Cheryl and Dino have requested prayers of the church for her father in the Philippines. Please pray for health condition to improve as he is suffering from (hyper tension) high blood pressure and pneumonia.
Yoke Peng & Kenny Wong (parents of Wong, Jia Ern). Please pray for this couple to recognize God through his love & work, for them to yearn for salvation & to trust in the power of the Lord.
Sharon Lee is recovering well but is still weak after her recent medical procedure. Please continue to pray for her healing and continuous health improvement.
