BIBLE CLASS
Brother Victor Chong is our teacher  with the fifth lesson in a series of lessons call “Lord, To An Attitude  Of Contentment.” The lesson starts with a short video presentation before we break up into groups for the men, ladies and youth for further discussions.
YOUTHS SLEEP OVER
Last Friday, eleven youths have a wonderful time in a sleep over at the Sheraton where Gary and Kimberly stayed.  We appreciate the Washers for their love for the youths and spending quality time with them.
LOCAL LST UPDATES
A total of 38 UTAR students were recruited in the canteen by brother Steven and sister Lai Hing last Saturday morning in preparation for the first LST session to be held from 18 February to 27 March by some of our brethren.
In conjunction with the scheduled LST session,  the facilitators are requested to attend a briefing after lunch today.
HOME-GOING AWAY PARTY
Last Saturday, when the KTAR exams were officially over, 16 individuals gathered at the Gan’s residence for a home-going away fellowship. Activities include a demonstration of bread making by Khoo Chun Yi who is a KTAR student who has just completed his studies in KTAR.
YOUTH NOTICE BOARD
The youths have a notice board in the foyer specially dedicated to their pictorial activities.  They have prepared informative tid bits as well as a lovely custom-made calender with the birthdays of the youths.
MEETINGS
The leaders will have their regular meeting on 13 February  after lunch. The ladies will meet at the same time to have their monthly Bible study about some of the women of the Bible.

*****IN OUR PRAYERS*****

God’s blessing - as we plan our LST programmes and the facilitators as they reach out to the  KTAR and UTAR students from 18 February for six weeks.
His protection - for our outstation brethren as they travel to their respective homes for the Lunar New Year season.
His comfort and assurance - to brother Arther Ng for his colon cancer; brother Vikram for cancer in his intestine and sister Mosha’s treatment for ovarian cancer
