Issue 01/08 January 6, 2008
WELCOME
Welcome to all those who are visiting with us today.
SERMON
The lesson for this Sunday’s sermon is, “Completion in Jesus Through Suffering” (1 Peter 2:21-24). We all seem to painstakingly steer clear of suffering, and surely we are not called to bear unnecessary suffering. Yet at times our faith demands the endurance of trials. Christ was faced with that necessity to save His sheep, and He walked into suffering with open eyes.
In cases where your faith in Christ demands that you walk the path of suffering, are you willing to walk for Him as He walked for you?

The first part of the year our Sunday morning Bible studies will focus Life of Christ, using the gospels.
