A professional ice skater was asked how she achieved such skill. She smiled and said, “Why, I got up whenever I fell down.”

A very wealthy business man was asked, “What is the secret of your success?” and his answer was, “Get up when you fall down.”

A great actor who could bring cheers from the crowd and then just as quickly a flood of tears, was asked, “What is your secret?” and his answer was, “I got up when I fell down.”

An individual who seemed to be the “salt of the earth” was asked a few days before his death, “What has been your secret?” His answer was, “I pray often and I got up when I fell down.”

“You may be awkward at the start,
And act just like a clown,
But if you want to win life’s race,
Get up when you fall down.”
Life has a lot of ups and downs. But remember to “get up when you fall down” & life is much easier with faith in the Lord. The Apostle Paul says in I Cor. 16:13, “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith.“
